Of the sea, for the sea

Every pearl begins as a response to its environment: layered slowly over time, shaped by the water that surrounds it. To work with pearls is to work with the sea itself.

This is how we give back.

Pearls, with purpose.

Conservation is woven into the structure of Maris Pearl. We believe beauty carries responsibility; that if we draw from the sea, we are responsible for its repair.

Our approach is direct and tangible: work that restores marine environments, supports coastal communities, and removes the visible imprint of human presence from the ocean.

Across the world’s oceans, abandoned fishing nets drift beneath the surface for decades, damaging reef systems and marine life. Through our conservation partners, we help fund the direct removal of these nets from the sea.

Not symbolically — physically. Each net is lifted from the depths by dive teams, pulled aboard recovery boats, and brought to shore by hand.

A portion of every Maris Pearl purchase supports marine conservation initiatives and ghost net retrieval efforts across the sea.
